ProCare Service is one way we show our residents that their safety and living experience is our top priority at Invitation Homes. From the moment you decide to sign a lease, we’ll make sure your home’s systems and appliances are working like they should every step of the way.

Move-in orientation

Before you move in, each home undergoes a multi-point home inspection and refurbishment, so everything will be up to our high standards the moment you walk through the front door. We will also walk through the home with you, addressing any questions or concerns and explaining everything you need to know, from changing the air filters to setting up your Smart Home package.

Post move-in visit

The next step in your worry-free leasing experience comes once you’ve unpacked and settled into your space. After making the space feel like your own, we’ll come by to address any issues you’ve identified during the move, ensure everything is in working order, and point out aspects of the home you should focus on to help maintain a safe home.

Mid-lease checkup 

In order to stay a few steps ahead of the inclement weather and those pesky maintenance needs, we’ll schedule a mid-lease check up to catch small issues early and prevent bigger problems later on. The functionality of the plumbing, appliances, and cooling and heating system will be assessed by one of our certified ProCare service technicians so that we may better anticipate seasonal changes.

24/7 Emergency & Routine Maintenance 

We know life is unpredictable, so if any maintenance issues come up between our scheduled visits, you can easily contact our ProCare technicians with a click or a call and schedule a house visit. When it comes to your home’s maintenance, we’re in this together . Caring for your home is a partnership between you and the Invitation Homes maintenance team.
