“I truly don’t understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. I have been a renter for 10+ years through lots of different companies and let me tell you 90% of the time they are horrible and since there is hardly anything protecting renters you get the bare minimum. Not with invitation homes though. I have been amazingly satisfied. I’ve been in this house for a year and a half and it’s been nothing but good things. I’ve never had issues with the online billing it’s never over billed me. Maintenance request are easy to file and they are answered and they send out someone immediately. Every time I call to make a maintenance request the people there are so nice ( like come on how many rental places have nice employees, not many for sure). When I renewed my lease I had to take of a tenant and that was done super easily with no complications. I love this company I have not moved out yet so I’ve yet to see if I’ll be overcharged or anything like that but with everything else it’s been great.” – Tricia L
