Everyone gets 1 month’s base rent free
Everyone who signs a lease to live in a Caldera home gets their first full month of base rent free. You’ll still be entered to win the larger prize, but offers cannot be combined.

How do I enter to win?
Do I need to apply for a 2-year lease to be eligible?
No. All participants who submit an application for a lease term of 12 months or longer during the Promotion Period are eligible to win. The winner gets 50% off rent for the entire initial lease term. The longer you lease, the more you save. Refer to the Official Rules for additional details.
What does “up to 1 year of free rent” mean?
If selected, you’ll receive 50% off your rent for your entire lease term. For a 2-year lease, that equals a year’s worth of free rent. For shorter qualifying leases, you’ll get 50% off your total rent during your lease term. Refer to the Official Rules for additional details.
As a reminder, the prize includes base rent, required monthly leasing fees and pet rent. Other charges, such as utilities, optional and conditional fees are not included.
If I win, will I not pay monthly rent for an entire year?
No, if you’re selected as a winner and you sign up for a 2-year lease, you will still make monthly payments. However, your total rent payments for the initial term of your lease will be reduced by 50%. Refer to the Official Rules for additional details.

When will the winner be selected?
The winner(s) will be chosen after the entry period closes on January 5, 2026.
How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners will be notified directly by Invitation Homes using the contact information provided in the resident(s) lease.
What is the difference between the 50% free offer and the month-free offer? Can I win both?
No, you cannot win both. Multiple offers cannot be combined. While both offers apply only to new residents in the Caldera community during the promotional period, the winner(s) of the larger prize, 50% off rent, will not receive 1 full month of base rent free.
Does this offer apply to renewals or only new leases?
No, this offer does not apply to renewals or current residents, including transfers. It only applies to new residents in the Caldera community during the promotional period. Refer to the Official Rules for additional details.
Can I transfer my prize to someone else?
No, the prize applies only to the winning resident and members of their household specified in the lease agreement. It cannot be transferred or substituted.

No, the prize applies only to the winning resident, members of their household and the original home specified in their lease agreement. It cannot be transferred or substituted.
What happens if I move out early?
If your lease ends before the agreed term, you’ll no longer be eligible to receive the full value of the rent discount. You will not have to pay back the discounted rent you received through this promotion. See Official Rules for details.
Are there any fees or deposits still required?
Yes, standard deposits, fees and lease terms still apply. The prize only covers base rent, required monthly leasing fees and pet fees. the prize does not include utilities, optional and conditional fees.
