Know your swimming pool responsibilities 

Owning a pool comes with a set of responsibilities that are crucial for maintaining a safe environment. Our video covers these responsibilities in detail, and we encourage all residents to watch it. Here are some key points highlighted in the video: 

1. Supervision: Always supervise children and inexperienced swimmers. Never leave them unattended near the pool. 

2. Fencing and barriers: Ensure your pool area is properly fenced with self-closing and self-latching gates to prevent unauthorized access. 

3. Safety equipment: Keep safety equipment, such as life rings and reaching poles, easily accessible. 

4. Pool rules: Establish and enforce pool rules, such as no running, no diving in shallow areas, and no glass containers near the pool. 

5. Emergency preparedness: Have a plan in place for emergencies, including knowing CPR and having emergency contact numbers readily available.
