That’s why we’re excited to share the formation of our new Leasing Experience teams, which were created to provide residents with a consistent touchpoint throughout their time with us. From searching for a new home to renewing a lease, each resident will now benefit from a close relationship with a familiar face and consistent, reliable service that they can count on.

We understand that finding the perfect home for you and your loved ones can be challenging and stressful. That’s why we take pride in making the journey of finding a high-quality house in a desirable location with modern amenities worry-free and easy to do. We’ve designed our three-step online leasing process to be as convenient as possible so that future residents can find the home they truly desire, view the home in the format they prefer, and then quickly apply online. This streamlined process, coupled with the introduction of our new Leasing Experience teams, represents a unique experience in the single-family home rental industry that helps alleviate stress, accounts for any lingering or unanswered questions, and instills confidence in residents and their future home.

Since our Leasing Experience teams became fully trained and active earlier this year, we’ve already begun to see the benefits. Launching this team format across all of Invitation Homes’ 16 markets has led to a greater understanding of, and compliance with, company policies and procedures, along with increased operational consistency across markets with routine processes that fall outside of leasing and renewal. Creating synergies throughout Invitation Homes also enables us to identify technological advancements that our teams can utilize to improve internal workflow—guaranteeing that we can continue to deliver an even better experience for residents over time. As we scale as a company to provide advanced and innovative services for residents, we will also determine additional areas of our business that can complement one another to improve the overall experience we provide.

Another added benefit of the new Leasing Experience teams is the opportunity they provide for continued career growth and development at Invitation Homes. Since the new teams were introduced, there have already been 26 associate promotions. We are also pleased that many of our valued leasing agents have joined our Leasing Experience teams and continue to progress within Invitation Homes. Our all-star team of associates interact with residents day in and day out and are an integral part of building relationships that residents know and trust. We continue to look for more ways to invest in our associates to ensure that residents recognize and appreciate the individuals they regularly interact with.
