Phoenix's office is moving.
We’re excited to announce that your local Invitation Homes office is moving. Our current office will be closed after August 31, 2025. Our new office is still under construction and will open on September 16. The new office address will be 2525 W. Frye Road, Suite 300, Chandler, AZ 85224.
Please note: From September 1 to September 15, we will not be able to accommodate any in-person visits or face-to-face rent payments.

Making payments
As a friendly reminder, rent payments are due on the first of each month.
Online
For your convenience, your monthly rent can always be paid online through your Resident Payment Portal.
Drop box
If you have been submitting check payments via our drop box, you may continue to do so through September. Our new check dropbox will be available for October rent.
