Our Tampa office is moving
The office is moving and will open Spring 2026
Tampa's office is moving.
We're excited to announce our Tampa Invitation Homes office is moving to a new location: 5404 Cypress Center Drive, Suite 350, Tampa, FL 33609. The current office closes March 1, 2026 (rent day). No in-person visits or face-to-face rent payments will be available March 1–March 9.
If you pay rent using the drop box, it will remain at the current office 5310 Cypress Center Drive, Suite 105 Tampa, FL 33609 through March 8. The drop box will be moved overnight and will be available at the new office starting March 9.
Please note: From March 1–March 9, we will not be able to accommodate any in-person visits or face-to-face rent payments.

Making payments
As a friendly reminder, rent payments are due on the first of each month.
Online
For your convenience, your monthly rent can always be paid online through your Resident Payment Portal.
Drop box
If you have been submitting check payments via our drop box, you may continue to do so at the old location through March 8. Our new check dropbox will be available at the new location starting March 9.
