Home safety check

• You don’t have to do anything right now.

• During your next service visit, our pros will add a safety check to their list of tasks. 

• If you don’t have a service visit scheduled, you can schedule a safety check through the Invitation Homes Maintenance app.  
  

Our techs will need access to every room in your home, so please secure any pets ahead of time, just like you do during a routine service visit.

During the visit, we will check: 

• Windows and window coverings 

• C02 detectors 

• Smoke detectors
