Is the Invitation Home app free?
Yes, our app is free to download from the App Store on iOS and the Google Play Store on Android.
How much space will the app use on a phone?
You will need at least 27 MB of free space to store the Invitation Homes app on an iOS device and at least 110 MB to store the app on an Android. The amount of memory necessary to use the app will vary depending on your device and usage.
What’s the difference between the Invitation Homes app and the Invitation Homes Maintenance app?
The Invitation Homes app makes it easier to search with confidence using your mobile device. You can always search for your dream home on any computer, tablet or mobile device. Just click the “Find Your Home” tab at the top of our website.
What features are included on the app?
Our app allows you to create a profile, save your searches, and favorite homes for viewing later. Schedule a self-tour or take a 360° virtual tour at the touch of a button. Exclusive listings give you the fast track on homes that can't be searched anywhere else.
What if I don’t have a smartphone or tablet?
No problem. You can still search for your dream home on any desktop or laptop computer. Just click the “Find Your Home” tab at the top of our website’s homepage.
Will I still have access to my profile on the website if I download the app?
Yes, you can access your profile on our website or within the Invitation Homes app.
How do I log in to my profile on the app?
We made it simple. Log in with the same username and password that you use on our website. If you don’t have a profile account set up yet, all you need is an email address.
How do I set up a profile?
When you attempt to save favorites/searches or access the saved or account tabs from within the app, you’ll be prompted to login or set up a profile account. An active email address is all it takes to get started. If you prefer to set up your profile on our website, go to the drop-down menu in the upper right corner and click “Login/Sign Up.”
