Making payments
As a friendly reminder, rent payments are due on the 1st of each month.

For your convenience, your monthly rent can always be paid online through your Resident Payment Portal.
Drop box
If you have been submitting check payments via our drop box, you may continue to do so through September. Our new check dropbox will be available for October rent.
Payments and correspondence can continue to be mailed to the current Pasadena office at 465 N. Halstead St, Pasadena CA 91107 until further notice.
