Conservice: Your utility experts

Conservice is a utility management and billing company that manages water, sewer and trash services for Invitation Homes residents.

We handle most utilities, 2 are your responsibility.

You won't need to handle the transfer or activation of water, sewer and trash services during your lease term. Invitation Homes will retain responsibility for these utilities throughout your tenancy.

*You will still be required to transfer electricity and gas into your name. These 2 utilities will also be billed separately by your local providers.

Here's when your bills are due.

Charges for water, sewer and trash will appear on your resident ledger. A single monthly payment encompassing both rental and utility fees will be required. Conservice will also email you a monthly statement itemizing your charges.

You will pay Invitation Homes directly along with your rental payment.
