Your new service will begin at the start of your lease. Remember, electricity and gas are your responsibility and must be kept in your name.

You’ll automatically be enrolled in Utility Management as part of your Lease Easy bundle.
Pay a low rate of $9.95 per month to manage water, sewer and trash accounts (rate varies by location).
Usage and management charges will appear in your Resident Portal as part of your total monthly rent.

You won't need to transfer or activate water, sewer and trash services into your name during your lease term. Invitation Homes will retain responsibility for these utilities while you're our resident.
*You will still be required to transfer electricity and gas into your name, or you will be charged extra fees each month until you've made the transfers. These 2 utilities will also be billed separately by your local providers.

Charges for water, sewer and trash will appear on your resident ledger. A single monthly payment encompassing both rental and utility fees will be required. Conservice will also email you a monthly statement itemizing your charges.
At the earliest, you will generally see the fee added to your monthly ledger 1 month after your new lease start date.
All residents will benefit from a price lock guarantee for the duration of the lease term. In other words, the price won’t change during your lease.

If you don’t have gas and electric in your name when Conservice begins managing your other utilities, you will be charged additional fees each month until you transfer your service.
