What do I have to do to take part in the Invitation Homes Washer and Dryer Package?
To take part in the Invitation Homes Washer and Dryer Package, just apply to lease a home with a washer and dryer included.
How much do I pay for the package?
Residents participating in the Washer and Dryer Package will pay a $40 monthly fee with their rent.
Can I opt out of the Washer and dryer package if I already have my own machines?
You may not opt out of the Washer and Dryer Package at this time if you lease a home with a washer and dryer included.
If I don’t like the machines that come with the house, can I upgrade to a different set?
If you don’t like the machines that come with your Washer and Dryer Package, we cannot substitute the machines for different models.
What if I have a washer, but not a dryer? Can I just lease the machine I’m missing, instead of leasing both of them?
No, you cannot pick which machine you want to lease out of the set. You must lease both machines that come with the Washer and Dryer Package.
What kind of washer and dryer comes with the package?
The Invitation Homes Washer and Dryer Package comes with a reliable name-brand washer and dryer. Ask your leasing professional for more details.
How do I get maintenance help with my machines?
Getting maintenance help for your laundry machines is easy. Just submit a maintenance service request through the Invitation Homes Maintenance app.
Can I keep my washer and dryer in the house if I renew my lease?
Yes, when you renew your lease, you will be able to keep the same washer and dryer that came with your home.
Will I be charged for repairs on the machines?
Generally, repairs and maintenance on your machines will be covered by Invitation Homes with some limited exceptions.
Can I buy my washer and dryer?
No, at this time you will not be able to buy the washer and dryer that come with your home.
What do I do with the washer and dryer when I move out?
When you move out of the home, you won’t have to do anything with your washer and dryer. Just leave them as you found them when you first moved into the home.
