Roughly three years ago, our average combined rating was just 1.95. We knew that this rating was not reflective of our commitment to Genuine Care, so we doubled down on efforts to deliver an industry-leading experience for our residents. From leasing to the continued care of both the home and the resident’s needs, we work hard to ensure our residents’ satisfaction.

Efficient & Worry-Free Leasing

We believe that leasing should be stress-free and streamlined. Prospective Invitation Homes residents start by visiting our interactive, online search page that enables them to easily filter and view homes across our 16 markets. Once an ideal house has been found, future residents can use the requirements tab and documents checklist to make sure leasing with Invitation Homes is the right fit. We make this information easy to understand and access, so people feel informed and prepared when starting a new chapter of life with us. Future residents can also view and tour our homes on their schedule and on their terms. Invitation Homes offers self-tours, remote agent tours, and online virtual tours, all of which have only increased in popularity as we practice social distancing measures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lastly, residents can apply for a new home entirely online for a safe, efficient, and hands-off experience.

Caring for Residents & Homes

Our commitment to Genuine Care doesn’t stop when the lease is signed. During move-in, Invitation Homes provides an orientation to explain all the systems in a resident’s new home, with virtual orientations to allow for safe social distancing. We also ensure that our homes are well maintained and up-to-date with the newest appliances and features through rehabs, turns, and ongoing maintenance. Once a resident is settled, service requests are easy to submit 24/7 via our call center, our online portal, or our app. We also conduct regular, proactive care of each home through our innovative ProCare program.
