The Build Credit Builder Loan terms product offered to residents of Invitation Homes is a $25 monthly loan payment at a $830 loan amount with a $9 administration fee, a 36-month term, and Fixed Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 6.06%. By the end of the loan term, you will have paid $900 ($70 cost).
