1. Your lease terms stay the same.

Don’t worry. The terms of your lease agreement will stay the same but they’ve been transferred to Invitation Homes, your new property manager.

2. Setting up your payment account is easy.

Making payments is easy through our Resident Payment Portal . You’ll pay your February rent to Invitation Homes there. Your account is not active yet. We’ll notify you when it’s ready.

Rent payments are due on the first of each month, and late fees are outlined in your lease. Sign up for autopay and take 1 more thing off your to-do list. Unless your lease otherwise permits, payments over the phone are not accepted.

3. Take your credit to the next level just by paying rent.

We believe our residents deserve credit for the rent they’re already paying. That's why we teamed up with Esusu to offer complimentary credit reporting to all our residents for every rent payment. It’s free! A good credit score can open doors to financial success in ways few other things can. Keep making on-time rent payments and reap new rewards.

4. Security deposit

Your security deposit has been transferred to Invitation Homes and will be applied in accordance with applicable law and pursuant to the terms of your lease agreement.

5. Requesting maintenance is easy on our app.

Our team of helpful pros is here to resolve problems in your home as they pop up. Plus, you get peace of mind with ProCare, our proactive maintenance program which includes timely routine maintenance. If you have existing maintenance requests, they will be transferred to us within 48 hours. Look out for an email from [email protected] with your maintenance account details.

6. Renters insurance is required.

Renters insurance goes hand in hand with peace of mind. Please provide an updated copy of your renters insurance in the amount required under your lease agreement within 14 days since we became your property manager.Upload proof of renters insurance policy declaration page (or pages) that contain the following information to our Proof of Coverage page :

  • Your name

  • Address (including unit number, if applicable)

  • Insurance Carrier (or insurance agency) name and contact information

  • Policy Term (dates of coverage)

  • Liability limit equal to or greater than $100,000
