Invitation Homes accepts cash rent payments at participating stores near you. To use the walk-in payment system (WIPS), visit your payment portal to get a unique barcode. The barcode can be scanned by cashiers at your specified cash payment locations. Remember to submit payment for the exact balance reflected on your payment portal every month on or before your rent due date.

Are same day payments available?
Payments will be credited the same day you make a payment at a participating location by 7 p.m. EST. Check with your property management team for additional information regarding payment timing and late fees.
What if my account number is lost, stolen or forgotten?
Walk-in payments system account numbers do not contain personal information and can ONLY be used to pay your specific rent. You can always access your code on your payment portal.
What if I moved to another house managed by Invitation Homes? Will my walk-in payments account number still work?
No, if you've moved to another house managed by Invitation Homes, your walk-in payments account number is now invalid.
You need to set up your walk-in payments account number for your new home. Just follow the same steps you took to get the account number for your original home.

How do I look up a payment to view a detailed receipt online?
If you made a cash payment and want to view a detailed online receipt, you can look up your payment and receipt details on your online payment portal .
